My question for today’s Aloha Friday edition: When was the last time you took a break?
My answer: last year when I did my tour to Central London, British Museum, Buckingham Palace, London Bridge and minded my steps in “The Tube or The Underground” and at the same time visited my sister who is settled in Blackpool, the resort capital of England.

March of this year, I went on a girl’s weekend to Vegas. Man I sure could use another get away!!!

What’s a Break? lol With kids.. well its a 24/7 job.. Haven’t taken a real vacation in a long time!!! Trying to talk my husband into going to Disney land again!

LOL - My last real vacation (not visiting family) was before my oldest son was born in December 2002.

We went on a roadtrip with the kids 2 yrs ago. That about did it for everyone, and I don’t think we’ll be taking any more vacations anytime soon! lol (walleyworld link on my site)
I wish I could travel all over. But my budget says NO!

The last time we took a vacation was in March of 07. We went to my Moms in Florida & spent 2 weeks down there. We are ready for another one!

The last time I REALLY took a break… wow. My husband and I went to Cabo San Lucas for a week in 2005. It was the most wonderful trip ever! So relaxing. We haven’t really had a get-away since. We’ve also had 2 children since then, so we are overdue! We are taking the whole fam to Hawaii for Thanksgiving though. Can’t wait!

Our last vacation was in August, went to Maine! We are now thinking of possibly Mississippi for Thanksgiving to see the relatives! Congrats on your business!

I drove to Vermont with my children and my husband flew up later. We were gone for three weeks and had a blast.

We went to the beach a few months ago despite the unpredictable weather. Good thing we were blessed with good weather that time.
